I would like to see what I can do to help, but have a few questions first:

 

1. What make/model printer do you have?

2. What operating system are you running on your computer?

3. Are you installing from a disc or from downloaded software?

1. It's a LaserJet Pro 100 Color MFP M175a

 

2. Using Windows 7 64bit

 

3. Using disc to install from.

OK, there may be something wrong with the print spooler, or the software itself. Check out the following link for some troubleshooting and let me know if resolves the issue:
