I joined because the company I work for has issues when printing from the above printer.  When I choose to print, it immediately tries to print from tray 1 (the side tray) instead of defaulting to tray 2, giving an "Attention" error.  I've changed the settings in our driver but for whatever reason, the printer loves to print from tray 1.

As an added problem, if tray 3 is inserted (which we use for legal paper), it will default to tray 3, printing all 8 1/2 x 11 printouts on legal paper.

Currently I use a generic 8100 series PCL6 driver, if this helps.

Hi Kazman, I actually do not work there anymore. I could forward any replies to my former boss there, but its not important anymore. Thanks though.
