LaserJet M2727 shuts down and will not fax or print

O ur Laser Jet will not fax properly, sometimes does not scan and now shuts down automatically and won't let us print - help

Hi aa! The product you have seems to be a commercial printer.  For the best chance at finding a solution I would suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support.
