Lost startup CD, buy a replacement? or will HP replace it?

Lost my startup disk that is need to install the printer. Should I buy a new one or will HP replace it if I give them my serial number/receipt number?

Hi:

 

Normally you can find the programs that were on your CD by downloading them.

 

Enter your model at the link below in the Search Products box, select the operating system you are running and download the full feature software and driver file.

I have a HP officejet 4500 3 in 1 printer  and have mislaid startup disc. HELP
