We have a 3052 multifunction printer that became completely unusable after an attempt to update the firmware.
Obviously we followed the exact recommendations and used the latest software.
I would be very grateful for any hints on how to fix the problem!
The official support refuses help and directed us to distributors (they probably want us to buy a new device) or told us to contact a local service company.
The local technicians request very high price for the diagnosis of the problem. Higher than the original acquisition price for the machine and more expensive than a new machine.
Can anyone give us a hint on how to recover our printer?
