Multiple Genuine HP Cartridge Dialogue Boxes

I am running a new Envy 110 on Mac OSX.7.3. I regularly get a stack of up to 10 Dialogue Boxes popping up. Each reassures me that I have genuine HP cartridges installed. Why? This is very annoying!

Try disconnecting the printer from the network/pc and removing its power cable. Leave it unplugged for about two minutes then reconnect it.

 

You may also want to print a diagnostic page from within the menus on the printer to ensure everything is working right.

Having the same issue- even after trouble shooting as you listed here. More than annoying this is interrupting my work ALL THE TIME... help plz!

I am afraid I cannot help - I tried the unplugging option and only occasionally do I get the 'Cartridges' message, perhaps once per week.
