Officejet 4500 Wireless printer has status "printing", but only feeds half sheet of paper. HP Diagnostic shows Unknown error (48)

My printer is doing the exact same thing. It also has a tendancy to (when it actually does print) print too fast and ends up starting the page before the page reaches the print heads, resulting in the top of the page being missing.

Hey DHWhite. Try working through this document to see if it helsp resolve the paper feeding issue.

 

The All-in-One Does Not Pick Up or Feed Paper

 

If this does not help post back with any new details and we can go from there.
