Officejet 5610 All-in-one (1019 Views)

Hi! I have encountered an issue with the Officejet 5610 All-in-one I have. It has been working perfect (thank you HP, an awesome product!!) for just over one year and it suddenly stopped sending the information to the printer 100% of the way. It will show the printer icon on the toolbar but with zero documents. I have attempted several times un-installing all related software and re-installation. When this failed I checked for further updates and and critical fixes and found three updates and one utility, out of all of these I have tried each and when I attempt the installation it tells me it is not a download for my product. I have also un-installed and re-installed these updates and then the software again to try again with the same results. I have read other posts which this solved the same concern for them, but is not working for me and I was wondering if there were any other options? I have not completed any recent downloads or any changes to my system. I have the Vista 32 bit OS. Thank you in advance for your help!!
