Officejet All-In-One Printing Problems

I installed software to allow me to use the scan feature on my OfficeJet All in One 4215 and cannot now get it to revert to the print feature. I've tried turning it off and unplugging the machine and then the power source, have uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail. Any ideas?

Hi,

Are you getting an error message when you try to print? Are you using Windows or an Apple computer?

Re: Officejet All-In-One Printing Problems

Brian, I only get an "error" message when I open the printer window but there is no description of what the error is. I am using a Mac.

Re: Officejet All-In-One Printing Problems

Hi,

I was hoping a Mac expert would see this post since I am not familiar with Mac but it probably got bypassed.. You can try the document I linked below. You might have done the steps already but just go through each step just to make sure we did not miss a troubleshooting step.
