There are a lot of questions on Officejet Windows 7 drivers. I hope the information below is helpful.
The best place to go to find a driver is here. If your product is listed as having an HP.COM download, then check your products SW and Driver download page to see if it's available.
Here's how to get to your product's SW & Driver download page: go to www.hp.com/support > select "Download drivers and software" and enter your Officejet model.
We had an unexpected delay with development of some of the Officejet Windows 7 drivers, which will be available by the end of Jan-2010.
Because we wanted to make sure that you would be able to print in the meantime, we have released basic print drivers for many of the Officejet printers. With the basic driver, some of the advanced product features are not available, but you'll be able to print. Also if your product has a memory card slot, you can import and view images on a memory card.
Use these instructions to install the basic driver in Windows 7, and then review the workaround procedures to use the available features for your product.
Note: The basic driver solution document is only for a USB connection. A network version will be available soon and a link will be posted here once the document is ready.
My role on the forum is to help make this experience the best. Please let me know if the forums aren't working as good as they should be.
