PAPER JAM'S IN HP ALL IN ONE C4200 SERIES OR DOE'S NOT PRINT FOR SEVERAL PAGES. RUNNING WINDOWS VIST

HP SERIES 4200 ALL IN ONE PRINTER, IT WILL HAVE A PAPER JAM(USING HP PAPER) ABOUT EVERY 3rd SHEET OR IT WILL GO SEVERAL PAGE'S WITH OUT PRINTING ANYTHING AT ALL, AND THEN ONLY PRINT 1/3 OF A PAGE.HAD IT INSTALLED BY A FRIEND WHO OWN'S A COMPUTER REPAIR SHOP. I'M RUNNING WINDOW'S VISTA. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS PRINTER?

IT WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT TO ME FROM MY BROTHER. HE HAS THE SAME ONE AND HE HAS NO PROBLEM'S WITH IT.

AND I ONLY USE HP. INK.
