PhotoSmart C6280 - duplex printing semi-automated in Win 7

Hi, I wonder if anybody can help.  When I bought my PhotoSmart C6280 All-In-One, I was using Vista and the printer automatically fed the paper back in when printing on both sides. However, since upgrading to Windows 7, when printing on both sides, I receive a dialogue box instructing me to manually remove the printed sheet from the delivery tray to put it the other way round into the tray underneath so that it can continue to print on the second side. Do you know why this is no longer automatic in Windows 7?

 

 

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

You need to enable the duplexer as described in the Vista / Windows 7 Duplex Troubleshooting Guide here.
