Photosmart 3310

When a connect photosmart 3310 to my laptop, via USB, it acts weird saying that a serious problem was found and shutdown my laptop. I have the original driver for photosmart 2570, 3200, 3300, but I can't install it on my Hp Pavilion tx2110us with Vista. Help please.

It sounds like you have a corrupted driver installed.  I would suggest disconnecting the 3310, then download an run the driver program from here.  Do not connect the 3310 until instructed to by the installer.
