I have a new Sony VAIO windows all in one desktop with the touch screen feature.  I installed the programs from the provided disk for the D110 and it worked fine!  When I reboot the computer and try the Solution Center, it fails with the foowing message:  HP Solution Center cannot run because your device installation is not complete.  NOTE:  this is a wireless install.  works on my other comuters!

 

I have uninstalled and re-installed the software several times with the same results.  I even removed NORTON from my machine and tried installing without NORTON, still the same results.  My VAIO cannot see the printer.  I checked the drivers and found an HP driver along with a WSD Print Device driver - both indicate the device is working properly. 

 

What can I do?
