Print preview Deskjet 5652 Win7

Hi,

I have Windows 7 ultimate greek and Deskjet 5652.

If I select print preview the printer doesn`t print anythig and the print preview window doesn`t come up. If I deselect print preview all is well.

Does print preview works with Windows 7?

Re: Print preview Deskjet 5652 Win7

The 5652 USB does work form with Windows 7 64 distributed driver.

After automatically installing the driver, you have to open the Printers panel abnd define the features present  in you model and the printing preference.

The problems to me come later: if you switch off the printer, and then restart WIndows  5652 does not either show the print preview  or print anymore. You have to remove it from the list of printers, switch it off again and after switching it on have to repeat the installation process!!!

The only solution I found  up to now  is to leave it always in stanby. No news form HP ...

Re: Print preview Deskjet 5652 Win7

I cannot resume print preview for 5652 on Win7 64 even removing and installing again the printer.

Already asked for a solution both HP & Microsoft; no news up to now.

A bad situation for a professional printer.
