Printer toolbox won't open

Printer: HP Photosmart Premium 309g

Connection: Wireless

 

It seems that the printer services option is missing in the printer driver now.

There used to be a "Printer Services" option in the printing dialog. Even the Printer Toolbox

doesn't open in the HP Solution Center.

 

Anybody know what is going on?

I  have   the   same   problem   with  my   Photosmart C4280.  No   toolbox ..  I   can   click on  it until  the  cows  come  home  and  nothing  there.  I  have   tried  to  get  help  with  this  issue   since  2007 ... HP  helpdesk   cut  my  in quirry  off  as  soon  as  my  warranty   ran  out.
