Running Win7 on Pavillon w HP Photosmart 2610 A-in-O. HP Sol Ctr cannot find scanner

When I try to scan from the HP Solution Center on my Photosmart 2610, the dialog box says it can'r find the scaller because my device installation is not complete.  I have never had this problem before and can't fix it even trying to download new drivers.

Hey CC22. Have you tried running the HP Print & Scan Doctor? This tool may be able to resolve your issue automatically. Give it a try and if it does not resolve the issue post back with any new details and we will go from there.

Thanks Sean S. Found the tool after numerous diagnostic exercises. Since I don't have a 2610 CD, having the ability to download and reinstall the printer software was a life saver.
