My scanner stopped working. Diagnostics said the driver was corrupt.
I removed the driver and reinstalled - no change
I removed all of the printer software and reinstalled - no change
I followed the suggestions of the diagnostic software and reinstalled using that service - still no imaging
I removed everything to do with the L7780 and reinstalled from a new HP download and the imaging still does not connect.
Not sure what to do next other than buy Lexmark or other printer.
Anyone have a suggestion on how to get the imaging software or hardware to work?

Hey Terry. Sorry to hear your having trouble. Try running the HP Print & Scan doctor to start to see if it can resolve the issue for you. If not post back with any error codes it provides and we can go from there.
