Sending email via HP Instant Share

Although I have had my HP Photosmart 2575 All-in-One printer for some time I have only recently tried to use the HP Instant Share in the HP Image Zone to send pictures via email.

Whenever I try to send the email I get a dialog box up with the message “There was a problem sending your Hp Instant Share e-mail. You can try to resend your message from the E-mail Outbox.” However all attempts fail with the same message coming back. I have checked for and carried out the latest HP Update but this has not solved the problem. Can anyone help, could this be a software / driver problem?

I am having the same issue with trying to send email from HP instant share.  I have used this service for years on my PC and only recently began having problems.  Did you ever get a reply or determine what the issue was?  I have reset default settings and tried troubleshooting but I am unable to find the issue so far.

No, never did get a resolution to this problem so basically gave up and forgot about using this facility until I received info about your post.  When I saw there was a new message I thought someone had came up with a solution -oh well never mind.
