I have been a loyal customer to HP and its products for years, but I can not wait until the end of january 2010 for software updates for my 4315 AIO. I need my printer functioning at it's full capacity for my small Notary Public business. I was forced to purchase another AIO from a competitor (nameless) that is compatible with windows 7. Jan. 2010 is a ridiculous time frame for those of us that need to keep working.
