UNABLE TO USE HP SOLUTION CENTER SOFTWARE WITH PHOTOSMART C4780

I AM UNABLE TO USE THE HP SOLUTION CENTER SOFTWARE WITH PHOTOSMART C4780 IN A WINDOWS7 OPER SYSTEM.. I CAN PRINT THRU MY WIRELESS ROUTER SETUP, BUT CANNOT GET THE SOLUTION CENTER SOFTWARE TO DETECT THE PRINTER, OR CLICK ON ANY OF THE LINKS WHEN THE PROGRAM STARTS UP.
