Update will not Install for HPJ6480

Windows update will not install for the hp j6480wireless all in one. It's ok on my desktop with XP home but on my hpdv9700 laptop with Vista I get an error message code# 80070103. It tells me to go to the HP web site and download the driver and I get the same error it will not update, and windows keeps telling me there is an update available. Can you help?
