What printer driver for Windows 2000 with work with a 8600 plus? Only need for printing.

I need a printer driver for Windows 2000 that will work with a 8600 plus. Only need for printing and no other features. In the past I used a driver for a 550C to print to a 8500A plus but that one doesn't work right with the 8600.

you may try the dj990c,

Or prefferable to download and use the Deskjet 6940 basic driver:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software7/COL13959/bi-39216-2/DriverOnly_Enu.exe

Then you might get better print quality and additional features as duplex printing
