Where can i download the director for WIN 7, compatible w/ officetjet 5510 all-in-one prineter?

I recently upgraded my computer to Windows 7. At first, it is no problem printing but i dont have the Director after install Win 7. Now I am trying to download the HP Director software. But I cannot find it. I have done some research and try install software HP Solution Center. It haven´t solved my problem

Unfortunately no Full Feature Software available for your product for Windows7.

Only basic functionality provided, as you may find described below:

Is it possible to se cartridges level which I could by the Director.

 

I have searched but didn't find function or way to the function
