I installed  HP solution center software and when attempting to access it I get this response:

 

"No HP device has been detected. HP Solution Center will now close."

 

What's up?

Cartridges are not recognized   Cleaned cartridge contactswith distilled water

The printer is a HP Photosmart C6300 series.  I run  Internet Explorer 9.  Windows 7 Home Premium.
