c6180 all in one off line

I have a c6180 all in one printer that I use wireless with 2 laptops-both hp. one is windows 7. both laptops say the printer is off line and will not print. The wireless network checks out fine. How do I get it back on line?

Hi tinadreyer, is the blue light on or off on the front panel of the C6180?

Yes the blue light is on. Problem solved by putting in our IP address. I had restored defaults which did not have the correct ip address
