how do i install officejet 5610xi all-in-one driver and software?

i tried installing the driver and software onto my new computer for the officejet 5610xi all-in-one and after i downloaded the software it said that it was "extracting" but after that nothing happened... the instilation never started i am running windows 7 (64 bit). i downloaded the correct software and everything but it just wont launch.
