hp laserjet 1000 printer properties not showing everything

I am having a slight issue with my HP Laserjet 1000. Basically, the printer properties are not showing everything they should be.

 

What it looks like:

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hey Chad, 

 

What operating system are you using. It appears to be XP but I am not 100% positive. What options are missing? I do see that the option to print with borders is not available. Anything in particular missing?

Yes, it is Windows XP Professional. If you look at the first image compared to the second, on the first, the options are considerably larger than the second, causing some of the options (on all tabs) to not appear. The main one I'm trying to see is the EconoMode option. If I could somehow enable that, that would be perfect.
