i tried to install my c6180 on windows 7 downloaded the new software

I down loaded new software and tried to install but it could not find the file to install . The printer worked ok on XP?

What is the name of the file that you downloaded?

I downloaded the following file> AIO_CDA_FSW_Full_Win_WW_130_140   My hp computer is a Povilion Elite HPE. I hope this helps.

That is the correct file.

When you run it it will extract files and then start automatically.
