According to the product page, this product was not supported for either 32 or 64 bit windows 7.
Products not supported in Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit)
However, since this product uses PCL 5, you might be able to use the add printer wizard and use another driver listed there. Try:
Click on Add printer
Add local printer
Use Existing Port - USB001 (Virtual printer port for USB) - if this port is in use, you can use another USB port.
Next Screen is Install printer driver - on the left select HP - on the right scroll down and select HP LaserJet 1015 (or another compatible PCL 5 driver)
Click Next
Finish out wizard

Hello Thanks for your quick reply.
In the list of selection to choose USB port, I could not find any with USB.
What's avaiable were:LPT, COM, FILE....Can I use one of them?

If you have your printer plugged in using a USB connection, you should have the option to choose or create that type of port. But you will need to plug your printer in first.
Not sure if this printer can be configured for network but if you are trying to install over the network, you are going to install through USB first, then plug the printer into your network, run the configuration page (press and hold the button on top of your machine till the page starts to print), go into your devices and drivers folder, right click on the printer, go to printer properties, go to the port tab and change the connection to a LPT port and put in the IP address. You might have to experiment with the different ports (1 vs. 2) until you find one that allows your product to print.
