I tried running the firmware update.  I got an error message back that the installation failed.  The lights on the printer (HP LJ M1212nf) were blinking for a while.  I turned off the printer and turned it back on.  Now the 3 lights on the printer just stay on solid and there is nothing on the display.  It doesn't repond to anything.  It looks like the firmware got hosed.  Is there a reset or anything I can do?  HP support tried telling me they don't cover that under warranty.
