I have tried cleaning printer head several times, have unplugged printer to try to reset it, and have tried to run align print head. I have also printed out the test page which only prints in blue, and tried to print the page to manually adjust colors, but only 1 of 2 pages printed and it too was blue. For some reason our printer will not run align print head process I don't think this is source of the problem, but if you have a suggestion for this I would be happy to hear about it as maybe it will help.

I have the same issue. My printer worked great until I installed a new HP black cartridge. Now all it prints is blue. Nothing seems to fix it.

laurac,
let me know if you find anything out and I will post something if i am able to get this figured out as well. I have a feeling it is a printer head that needs to be replaced but have no idea on cost nor I am certain this is the problem. I will wait to see if anyone else has any ideas b4 trying to find a shop to diagnose. cheers!

Last night I unplugged my printer for about an hour and powered it back up. The problem is now corrected.
