my hp solution center does not work any more. i have photosmart d100 windows 7

I suggest running the HP Print & Scan Doctor to see if it is able to resolve your issue. If it does not resolve the issue, post back with any new details and we will continue from there.

I ran the print & scan Dr. I only tried to fix the printing which is fine.  I also tried to download the software from the HP site because I can't find my disk.  It didn't work.  thanks for trying to help

Are you receiving any specific error messages? Does Solution Center just not open or is it missing? Also after you downloaded it from the site did it install completely? Just trying to get a better understanding of the issue so I can give you the best instructions to fix the issue.

It says the installation is not complete.  but when I download it from the site it only goes to checking your computer it stops downloading. So it doesn't finish downloading. I tried it several times but it don't work.

Lets run the Scrubber to resolve the installation error we are receiving. Here are the steps you will need to follow:

If software was downloaded and extracted to your system:
1. Type %temp% in the run field
2. Look for, and open the folder starting with 7z (Example: 7zS2356)
3. Open folder Util
4. Open folder CCC
5. If you have an HP computer run the L3uninstall.exe. If you have a non-HP computer run the L4uninstall.exe
6. When the uninstall has completed restart the computer
7. Run Disk cleanup from Accessories\ System Tools
8. Download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player
http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
9. Download the full feature software and drivers
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=mp-80511-1&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&...
10. Run the download to reinstall the printer

The only files I found when I ran %temp% were 3 of them qt_temp.HP3808, qt_temp.HP7556, qt_temp.HP9028.

Ok. Your going to need to redownload the software and install it, then retry the steps above. Do you have the original CD from the printer?

Yes you can still download the driver pack from the site. Is D100 the specific model number or do you have a Photosmart D110a?
