HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus. Windows Vista. Just purchased this printer. Print and fax were working great. Had not tried scan yet. Used Settings feature and online website referred to on printer to set up scan to email. Now nothing works. Computer cannot find printer. I don't think the printer can find the computer either.

The print diagnostc utility may be able to detect what is broken.
