print documents not in color, pictures are in color

i have an CM1015MFP all in one printer color

 

When i print pictures, its perfect in color.

 

When i want print documents, there are no colors and prints are all in black.

 

Windows 7 64-bit with pcl 6 driver.

 

i've tried everything, like other driver but nothing seems to work.

 

sometimes, there 's a extra unwanted printout like GET /devmgmt/discoverytree.xml HTTP/1.1 Host: 127.0.0.1:8080
