I upgraded to a new computer with Windows 7, hooked up my Deskjet F4400 printer, all of a sudden it won't enlarge a copy to the paper selected, just does a copy of original.  Any ideas on how to resolve??

Re: printing

Hello,

Are you trying to enlarge from the All-in-One itself, or from the software?

Did you install from the disc or by connecting it and letting it auto install?

You can find the software with the below link and by choosing your Operating System

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?product=3837411&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&cc=us

Thank you

Re: printing

I am just trying to enlarge something that I want to print, small to fit to page size.  By using the button on the side of the printer.  It hasn't worked since I purchased a new computer with Windows 7 instead of Vista.

Re: printing

Since you are using the copy enlarge button on the printer, the computer is not involved.

What is the exact option you are trying to select?

Re: printing

Resize to fit.  Hasn't worked yet.  I have updated all the drivers from the link you sent me. I'll have to try it out again!! :smileyhappy:

Re: printing

What size is your original and what size are you trying to enlarge it to?

Re: printing

Have you tried different combinations of the paper selection and Actual size/Resize buttons?

Have you tried another slightly larger photo to enlarge?

Re: printing

Before I switched computers I had enlarged a snapshot to an 8x11 1/2 paper, was excellent.  About the same size to start with,  I have just tried the copy from 4x6 to size to fit, we'll see!!  No, didn't work came out smaller!!!!!!!
