I have been working (unsuccessfully) with both HP and MS tech's. Each has pointed at each other as the problem. My case number from HP is #6202855684. The last tech I spoke with was sympathetic but could offer nothing other than to upgrade my printer. The previous tech could only offer a $60 tech fee to talk with the next tier support. This is 1/3 of the cost of a new printer. This is ridiculous. Is this what I can expect if I purchase more HP products?
My printer is a PSC 2410 photosmart - [serial number for privacy] - can anyone help me without handcuffing me into buying a new printer. Sign me - a very frustrated HP user
