toolbox fx for hp m1522 nf vista 62 bit

Where can I download the toolbox program?

 

It seems to have just disappeared -- get error message it will not load.

Thanks much Sean!

 

Did the download with the repair option.  It says it finished.  

 

This did not help.  Still get message that toolboxfix encountered a problem -- says I should restart program or computer. 

 

It worked fine for a long time, and then just stopped working with this error message.  Do not understand computers and why they do these strange things.
