trying to install driver for psc 500 and I keep getting 'no driver found' from windows update.

HP driver support tells me there are no drivers that they are included in window update but when I try to install  it says 'no drivers found.'

Hey there. What operating system are you using? You stated Windows but is it XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7?
