Please contact HP Technical support for the Starter CD. Or if you like to download it from our website or place the order please provide me the product number i can provide you the link for download and order the CD.

You can download the files that come on the CD by clicking on the link below, click on the operating system you have installed on your PC, and download the full feature software and driver file.
