HP DESKJET 3050A ALL-IN-ONE J611 series.

I have an Error Code 0XB0402134. Printer is locked up and will not even power off. What's up?

Hey Frank. Sorry to hear your having trouble with your printer. This error is a generalized ink system failure message. Try working through this support document to see if it helps resolve the issue. If not post back with any new details and we can move to the next step.

 

An Alphanumeric Code (Example: '0x...' or 'C2...') or 'Ink System Failure' Error Message Displays on...

I have got exactly the same problem, error code OXBO4O2OA6 (this sometimes changes to a similar code)  no ink system failure message, power light  flashing and won't power down and wireless light nolonger on. Have tried the above suggestion but still no change. So annoying as only had printer 6 weeks, found wireless set up on 2 laptops easy and have been printing and scanning with no problems, infact have only just posted a review saying how pleased I was with the printer! and now this happens!

Hey Abigail,

 

If you have followed the steps above and they did not resolve, and you have recently bought the printer I would suggest calling 800-HP-INVENT. They may be able to assist you get the printer back up and running.
