HP LaserJet 1100A under Windows 7

HP Technical Support said three months ago that the Windows 7 driver for the HP LaserJet 1100 A was not yet available.  Has anybody been able to connect via a serial or parallel interface?

Re: HP LaserJet 1100A under Windows 7

The only drivers available for this will be the win7 In-OS drivers. Here is a document to help with the install if you need it.

Install the driver included in the Windows 7 operating system (OS)

The only avaiable drivers for the win7 32 or 64 bit OS will be by using the In-OS driver. Please refer to the below document for details on how to obtain this driver.

Re: HP LaserJet 1100A under Windows 7 -- Copying

[ Edited ]

Hi - I have the 1100A attachment.  Computer is running WIndows 7.  Installed the HP 1100 (MS) driver from Windows 7.  It will print.  However, I have no way of making the setting the print darker (which was the point in the first place).

Any suggestions?
