Solution Center has disappeared from computer for 

HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One Printer - C311a

 

How can I re-acquire?

Hi,

 

From my memory, I don't think the Photosmart has a Solution Center. I know it has a similar software called "HP Printer Assisstant" for Windows (my loan printer last year was a 7510). Anyway, please select the right Operating System for your computer to download Full Feature Software and Drivers from the following link and install to your computer.

I have used the Photosmart 7000 series All in One printers for many years.  Presently it is a 7280 on a Windows 7 laptop.  

IT DID HAVE Solution Center which has allowed me to scan huge files (of family history) into one folder.   Last week I needed to have some malware removed, and they also did a defrag for me.   I brought it home yesterday, and today I notice I do not have an icon for Solution Center!    This is hard for an 82-year old to handle.

I have gone through suggestions on this site:  Searched for HP Solution Center, and went into files for hpqdirec.exe.  Neither were found.

 

I REALLY NEED the Solution Center OR a substitute.  Is there some way I can get it back??
