When initiating a scan on my Scanjet G4050, HP solution center says there's not enough space on my external USB hard drive to write the files. There's 500GB free on it, and it will write to my desktop, even though my internal drive has very little space left.
Can anyone offer some suggestions? HP couldn't figure it out.
