Hi about 3 weeks ago my printer stopped working. I dont think it tied in with installation of any software but i tried system restore anyway, that didnt work. Windows suggested the driver was missing and downloaded a replacement from HP website. That didnt work. Then I tried the original installation CD - that tells me a newer version is already installed.
But when I go to control panel the printer still has the exclamation mark and says it needs troubleshooting, which then tells me to go to HP website and download drivers...a never ending loop. Please can someone help? Cheers

Welcome to the HP Forums! I understand your concerns. What is your operating system on your computer? Windows?
How is this printer connected? Wireless or USB?
