Hi,

 

I would like to know where i can download the latest HP Digital Imaging Monitor OR the latest HP Solution Centre for HP Color LaserJet CM1312 MFP?.

 

 

My operating system are as below:

 

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

 

Currently, HP Digital Imaging Monitor v10.0 is installed in my computer but i single/double click on the taskbar icon, it dosn't do or launch anything.

 

I can no longer scan directly from my computer.

 

However, this is the results of the SCAN diagnostics that i did.

The product you have is a commercial printer. In the future I suggest posting in the HP Business Support forum for a better chance at finding a solution.

 

However, if you follow the first link below you will be brought to a page where you select either the CM1312 or CM1312nfi. Then choose your operating system.

Please read this thread, read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What operating system? 

 

Depending on your printer model and operating system you can download the full featured driver (with Solution Center) from HP here.
