After a paper jam and clearing the sheet the error message at the laptop will not clear (i.e. paper jam)

I have ensured there is no paper in the printer.

PRINTED sucessfully a test page.

Deleted the device from the laptop.

Reinstalled it.

???

Peter,

Here is a document that will walk you through the steps to insure the printer is clear of the paper jam and also how to reset the printer in this situation.

Paper Jam

Let me know if this resolves the issue.

Thanks

Sean
