4500 all-in-one printer connectivity issues. errors when trying to setup wireless (fios)

I am trying to set up my HP Officejet 4500 Wireless All-In-One printer however the wireless connection is working.  

 

I followed all of the directions up until the point when connecting to the wireless (FIOS) network I am getting errors.  I printed out the Wireless Network Test Report and am getting a FAIL for "No Filtering."  The printer configures the correct Network Name and has a MAC address and has a WEP encryption (which the password was entered correctly).  I checked my router settings, thinking it might be a MAC setting issue, however the MAC filtering is "disabled," so I'm not sure where the error is arising from.  

 

Why am I getting this error and how can I fix it so that I can continue seting up my wireless printer for use?
