7510 printer error message, "Unable to communicate with printer" I cant print from my desk,laptop

HP 7510 e-All-in-one- C311a printer, windows vista, giving following error message when trying to print from my desk top "Unable to Communicate with Printer"  also laptop print request not printing and my iphone does not find the printer.

 

ran wireless network test results, No problem found

ran printer status report, network status: ready,,,,Connection type: wireless

ran HP configuration page, all good there

What brand and model is the router you are using?

 

Also, do you happen to have any internet security or firewall software installed on your system?

Thanks for your responce,  I read a number of other questioned posted here, and numerious fixes was to unplug the router, so I tryed that and it fixed the problem..  again thanks for taking the time and responding to my question.

I have the same problem. Do you have McAfee Antivirus? I am trying to see if there is a link.

Hi Kurt,

Which version of McAfee do you have? Have you tried disabling the firewall, then rerunning the setup software?

 

Also, what brand and model is your router. Have you tried repowering the router?
