Could or will they in future for existing otherwise highly capable / functional / colour laser printers, preserving the initial investment?
(And requirement for further future consumables purchases)
Will it (AirPrint) be supported on embedded network cards, setting a standard?

Did you ever get an answer to this question? I am tring to do the same thing - print from an IPAD to a network attached HP COlor Laserjet 5550 series. I can do it using a app called icanprint, but you have to print from the icanprint app and not the app you were in.

Hi! The product you have seems to be a commercial printer.For the best chance at finding a solution I would suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support.
